Attachments have been turned off

I've turned the attachments feature off. This does not affect how you display externally linked images. This only affects those who do not have an image hosting service and would use this server space to store posted images. With so many image hosting services out there, many free, there is no need for this site to host attachments. This also prevents malicious attachments being hosted.
