For your password, logout and click the "Forgot Password" link. Your password will be emailed.

I think the FAQs need updating, to conform to this.  I've been looking around for functionality to be able to subscribe to a thread or to set up notifications, and there is a reference in the FAQs that indicate that we can set up notifications.  I'll see if I can find the specific reference and post it back here.
