I sure hope its that super dark plastic so I can't see what I'm doing until a coat of light gray primer. AI? In the BD Book it was manned. But I guess with a closed hatch, it doesn't matter.

light blue http://www.1999.co.jp/eng/10169542and no it does not contain parts to make either a Fledermaus or Hornisse. It has some leftovers and nice option parts that allow you to add the wheels to a Fleder or Hornisse. I'm quite excited to build this. Now I want to order another one. Kit includes the Fledermaus pilot but no allowance to fit or seat the figure.

Nice options to be able to build a wheeled Hornise and a Fledermaus, can't wait to do that build (Fledermaus). Anybody willing to do some casting for me (wheels and running gear) PM me if interested.

the fled canopy is in the box so that you get those little clear squares that most people paint over anyway. Wonder why they didn't add them to the wheel sprue. The wheels are very good, the main one take the weight of the kit much better now. Pilot is a freebie! If you ever wanted to make one of these, the Hummel is by far the fastest and easiest - the WAVE parts are magic and the wheels are much, much easier than the skids. I didn't notice the casting comment, I know it doesn't happen here...

Link: I can't wait to see them! I got my notice my order was finally ready to ship! Its will be nice to see them and have extras it will he hard not to want to keep the whole stash I ordered for the table at WF Bbron: bad taste bro ! To ask for a part to be cast thats part of a new rease is not cool and for the record resin is not such a good landing gear material

My bad and I'm sorry, wasn't intending on upsetting any of the forum members, I just don't have the ability to do it for myself, it's not like I was going to put them up for sell, it was for private use only Again sorry to all If the spures are going to be offered as a stand alone item, can someone share the info so I can order them this way.

I was incorrect before. It looks like you can make a Fledermaus from this kit. You can't see the sprue in the 1999 images, but parts are in there. Explains the pilot I guess.

got mine yesterday nice blue grey colour, didnt care for the clear nose and bottom piece little disapointed there wasnt more now if there is just photos of the interior of that nose...especially since you can make the top portion into a hatch, maybe a prone pilot instead of AI....its been a few days and I looked at the kit again...since they provided a clear nose and bottom piece it got me reminissing about my old b52 bomber kits so I hollowed out the two small windows and the one just below center....now they contain two 50mm machineguns and one 20mm cannon, a prone control center, making some interior side panels etc...with the front being clear you can see the guns and the sensors etc. the good thing if it fudges i can always paint it over and leave the one oval shape clear with the rest filled in. just laid out will add pics in own string.

Hi.
A little off topic but...I've received my Hummel and was pleasantly surprised with the Fleder pieces. I'll have to order another Hummel now. Does anyone have a copy of the Feldermaus instruction set? I'm after the cockpit pages. I can work most of the part out, it's not that hard, but I would like the instruction for reference.
Cheers Shane

I missed the boat on this one It's the only Ma.K kit I've wanted to buy since the Ketzer. A couple of weeks ago my regular hobby store in Korea had it in stock for about half a day but only moments before I logged in to get it the last one was snapped up. Dammit! They still have every Hase kit in stock, but those Wave kits fly off the shelves. Oh well, guess I'll have to get a Grosserhund instead

Any one out there having the same kind of luck with their Hummel as I. First off I got two Hummel Spure B but no A. HlJ had a replacement out in less than two weeks which is great. To my dismay I sat down tonight to work on it and Hummel Sprue C is missing so no lower struts for the wheels on the wing tips and no top cover for the nose of the fuselage. Tried dry fitting the nose to the body and not even close to lining up correctly. Never had issues with any of the other wave kits but this one must have been packed at quiting time on a Friday.

Rod, yes I have too and it seems something happened with the Hummel.
I'll help out the first 3 people to contact me on this. Please send me a PM first and then I'll ask WAVE to fix you up directly.

guess I was one of the lucky one's...all pieces intact and correct...the only problem was the either the struts on the wing tips need to be longer or the base of the back double wheels needs to be shorter when completed the model fudges from side to side I had to flatten my wheels and order some others from ledgend.

I went through mine with the proverbial fine tooth comb and it appears to be whole. Apparently somebody in the Wave factory was smokin' the good weed for some period of time N
