My 2nd Ma.K completion for the year.

The idea is that he's come upon the remains of a comrade, or perhaps an enemy, & he's checking things out.

The "hand" is left over from my Ketzer build, & the ruined "hoses" are guitar strings. The "foot", or whatever, is from a set of clamps that exploded & flew across the room while I was clamping another project. See, trash does come in handy! Cheesy

Just to clarify, the red "fluid" is meant to represent hydraulic fluid/lubricant, NOT blood! Shocked Roll Eyes

Paints are Model Master with artist oil washes, Tamiya "smoke" & artist pastels. Chipping is a combination of highly thinned Tamiya Dark Grey & a #2 pencil.Sealed with Model Master flat clear laquer....

The base is Carmel stone with natural flora.

Thanks for looking.

Nice grungy weathered look to the suit, Spike. That's the next stage I have to tackle soon on my present builds. I like the colours where the paint job has worn down to the suit's surface.  Smiley

It's actually Carmel Stone, similar to sandstone....

Nice. I particularly like what I can see of the back of the suit- the colour/weathering. Great pilot head too. Very eye catching.

Great build and great paint! The rust streaks and weathering touch me where it counts Wink

I love a worn out suit! Smiley
