Well, after an enternity of lurking without posting any builds, it's time to break my silence.
I'll come clean and say it: This is a recast. Poor fit, vague instructions (had to use a Magic 8-Ball to determine the placement of some parts) and some small parts were so bad I had to junk them and build copies from scratch or eliminate them altogether from the build. Oh and putty. Lots of it.
I didn't really like the long barreled design of the PaK Krote -plus the resin part was screwed beyond hope anyway- I decided to build a close support Krote, designed to advance with infantry and blast open fortifications at short range. So I replaced the gun and scratched some hip armour and smoke dischargers. Raided the spares box for the radio antenna, mechanic figure and other misc. parts.
The current setup depicts a mechanic wearing heatproof mittens resting on his machine after a particularly hard day's work.
EDIT: Tweaked my camera settings with help from a photographer friend of mine. Finally, some better pictures!
